Who's driving with the window open when it's raining :s that's gotta be missing the point somewhat. They do genuinely reduce wind noise when driving with the window open though, and I can't prove it but I'd guess that hearing less turbulence = less turbulence = better fuel consumption, at least with the windows down. Not for me, but I don't think they look too dreadful.
That is some stone cold science and I like it. Step 1. Install wind deflectors Step 2. ? Step 3. Profit Im not really keen on the look of them, but im judging just on a few photos. Id have to see them on the car. I do really hate it when I have rain on the roof then it rolls off through the open window into the electric window switch. Doesn't happen often but when it DOES.........

This is EXACTLY what i do, as well as all these 'map' bumpers with mesh grills in the side skirts etc. You need to do people a favour by pointing and laughing!
there is one of them pt cruiser things driving round Swansea with every chrome accessory possible stuck to it. but not just one coach line but 3 of differing thickness'. you can't polish a ****.

The VAG scene is all about friendly and not bitc-hing about and too eachother like most other manufacture's forums and nothing to do with being up each others *****!! its called friendly although i've got abit of info for you adam if thats all we're good for... go fill your petrol tank with a bag of sugar and then add some tampon's it add's 100bhp instant and makes it go so much faster... The Corsa is a total abomination -there should be laws against lowering the tone of the 4 ring logo, even if its used for trying to raise the image of another car.
Saw a interesting car today , a E30 BMW 318 completely standard wheel trims and all but with a huge jap rear spoiler it was so funny but did t get my phone out in time to get a photo
