Can't seem to find a old thread with what spark plugs to buy.

does anyone recommend any?

BKR7IX's for you mate, youl need a colder temp plug than a 6 with your stage 2.

Out of interest do people worry about the gap on plugs? Should it be any different if you're mapped or not?

Are these plugs not suitable for stage 1 then or are they ok?

suitable for stage one yeh. standard map requires 6's really, st1 and 2 7's should be fine.

No point in using colder plugs in a standard S3, stick with BKR6E (5k change) or BKR6EIX (15k-20k change)

Most local motorfactors will stock the BKR6E's, very cheap

I've never bought plugs off ebay but others have i think so you should be fine

BKR6EIX or BKR6E on your's Jonny, gapped 0.7mm. I wouldn't change them though, yours has probably got PFR6Q's in at the moment and your car is running ok.

No point changing something that isn't broke

Thanks Sandip. Glad you thought it was running well! I will leave them for a while then and get onto other jobs like those damn juddery brakes!

I still can't believe its the front discs, they've been on for 3.5-4k thats all! Pagid discs and pads. My friends said maybe I have not been hard enough on them? As I hardly ever hammer them, I tend to go easy on brakes and use gears as much as possible. hmm.
