Coding out stuff in using VCDS

There's a few things I'd like to code out using VAG-Com but struggling to find any clear instructions...

First, in my A3 8l I'd like to code out steering angle sensor (G85) and a the seat and steering wheel airbags.

Secondly, my B5 A4 has had an ABS delete but the dash beeps at you every 5 minutes when driving!... is it possible to code out the ABS?

You can't code out the steering wheel sensor or steering wheel airbags as they are safety items associated with the ESP and airbag system.
Possibly the side airbags as they may be optional.
The ABS also can't be coded out.

Oh ok, I've been misinformed then... Can I re-code the steering angle sensor to accept the S3 steering rack I've put in?
