Another Lowering spring question (S3)

So I'm after a set of the absolute lowest lowering springs. After much research my choice has been narrowed down to:
H&R 28810-1
H&R 28826-2

I'm aware that (28810-1) is a revised version but I still haven't been able to figure out a definite answer as to which of the two above achieves the lowest ride height. There is a lot of conflicting info online so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 28826-2 in my S3, I wouldn't say its extremely low but the arch sits nicely over the tyre on my 19's

H&R makes 2 sets if springs for the A/S3. Sports and super sports. The later is obviously lower of the 2.
