A3 Quattro Sport Battery Question

Hello,

I'm new here and also very dumb, I awoke this morning to find my car as dead as Elvis, i don't appear to have left anything on to drain the battery so i dunno whats causing it. The stupid part is, i don't know how to get into the battery to charge it???? i assume its under the 2nd fuse box but i can't seem to get in???

Any help would be much appreciated

its a 53plate 3.2 Quattro Sport with 44k miles if any of that info helps.
