Hi, I’m trying to lift my rear coilovers on the back but it keeps spinning, should I drill a hole big enough to hold a screw driver in the thread where the collar spins and then try spinning collar with my C spanner
Thanks

You need to release the two bolts holding the upper mounting and then remove the shock absorber from that.

Upper shock

Ok thanks, but then what do I do to make the car so it’s higher

You've an adjustable spring-platform in there so screw the spring-platform 'down' and away from the body and that'll 'increase' the ride-height.

MAKE SURE and do both sides the same and 'measure' everything.

And don't forget the fronts...

Ok cheers do you have any links to videos that show you? And the fronts all done as this was just thread and an adjustable collar
Thanks for you help

You'd be better leaving the top mount in place. Undo the bolt holding the lower control arm to the hub. Put a jack underneath it first as it holds the srping tension. Lower down slowly, whip the coil out and clean and lubricate the cup (spinny bit) adjust it and put it back in. Jack to push the control arm back in and rebolt (General consensus is to replace this bolt with a new one on removal)

Use chain wax or similar on the thread of the cup to keep it clean.
