Boy oh Boy there must have been a lot of tossing and turning in bed over this decision......no going back now. Personally I would have gone for the saloon, as it IMO just looks better and there are a ton of sportback/hatchback Audi 3 models on UK roads. Love your spec...no nanny devices.

Sounds like you got money to burn pal.Noise mate Noise...heard my son giving his demo M4 a cold start last night.....and l was like a kid @Xmas mate,it sounds as good as any RS3..So emailed the salesman to ask him if l could cancel my order, and if so, l sent him another Audi code with another configuration.
Not in love with getting a new car in Mid October....especially with a mega bucks paint.....don't want to have to pay £1200 for the Xpel,just after paying £9000 deposit for the S3...It does'nt feel right,got a car before in November and l did'nt see it at it's best till March....
This was it looking it's best but never lasted long, stick with the exclusive.

Me too mate, this is my 7th. I'd. bite your arm off for an RS3 but with my mileage couldn't justify it, the S3 is a good happy medium.
My friend has an M4 and it's a ****** monster. Guess they aren't really comparable, rear wheel drive coupe v lunatic hatch back. Definitely be happy with either, the price for the RS3 makes my eyes water though.

I've just hit 8,000 miles and my overall average is 35.7mpg, on the motorway if sticking to 70 it creeps up to 40mpg over the 40 miles. On the motorway I have the car in individual with the box and engine set to auto.What's your average MPG on the motorway mate in your s3?

I'm really impressed with the economy. I try have fun with it on the weekends.
I do circa 15k a year, the M5 is so busy that 70 is realistic, even if I do around the 85 mark it still returns 35 - 37mpg, they are very good considering the power.You sound very good! I doubt if id get 40 if I owned one. I do 20k a year so I can't afford the running costs with that would come with the s3.

Seriously, the heart & soul of these cars is that amazing 5 cylinder engine which feels & sounds soooooo special !
The extras are just garnish.
You would not regret getting one mate ... I absolutely love mine & NONE of the shine has worn off 1.5 years on.
