3.0tdi V6 into A3 Tdi Quattro?

Right I've been looking at either tuning my 2.0tdi Quattro up but then thought the amount of money you'd spend doing that you could possibly put the higher powered 3.0tdi in or possibly the biturbo 3.0? Just wondering how feasible this would be into an A3?

Everything is possible if you throw enough money at it. However it won't be a simple swap. The 3.0v6 tdi from an a4 is mounted the other way around..

I knew about the transverse mounting of the cr170 but wasn't sure for the 3.0tdi so that's probably gonna be a major job in that instance id be cheaper just tuning the 2.0tdi up for the cost.

Some things just aren't worth the grief...tune the 2.0tdi...you can get anything up to 270/280BHP.

To be honest I didn't forget but didn't include as the clutch isn't needed to ''make" that power but certainly is required to put it down ...
