Seals changed, car runs smooot when coldstarted now, but still a little bit jerky to start on cold engine. (wery much better than before)
I had alot of wear inside my injector holes, so that might be the reason that it dident fix it 100%, the sharp wear-edges might have done damage to the new seals when i fitted the injector, dont know how to fix that... its a new head or pulling it and shipping it to someone that have the right equipment to fix those holes....
Maybe i will try to redo the sealjob and fill the wears with loctite weld, so that the edges dont damage anything when fitting.
But that wont be done now. i will run it a while and se if it gets better after some break in (cold/hot engine movements)
Damn VAG, they could have done this better.... mileage is only 140k.
Well all you others, if you change seals, inspect for wear too. the holes wears oval, and the wear is against the gearbox side.
If you have wear, my idea about filling it with loctite weld or similar compound, and lube it well before fitting might help saving the rings from damage.
