For those of you who haven't follow the build of this car, I'm updating with the latest news on the car, full list of mods now are :

Turbo technics hybrid turbo
Ngk race plugs
Autotec high pressure fuel pump
Wagner intercooler
4 bar map sensors
Gfb dv+
Dte pedal box
Apr dsg map with variable launch control
Apr turbo muffler delete
Turbo technics intake pipe
Vw R600 intake
Miltek decat dp
Millers nano drive race oil
034 motorsports dogbone mount

I took the carbon mirror covers off and the rs honeycomb grill and the bola zzr wheels, going for the steath oem look

Very impressive performance, How reliable do you think the gearbox is likely to be. Very impressive running nearly 700Nm.
 
That's a weapon!!

Have you had any issues or upgraded DSG?

Hopefully will be fine, I had the torque at 708nm and wound it back a bit, a friends golf r with the same set up as me was running 779nm with no problems

How does the launch control feel now buddy? :D

And out of curiosity how much did you have to invest money was to get the car to 500+
 
Looking at the top of the graph is the turbo flat-out and running out of puff or is there something else limiting the top end.

Cracking result though:rock:
 
Can you please write how does the car feel? These numbers are incredible... nearly 700 Nm

Yes the exhaust is limiting the top end, changing it early January, stock exhaust linked to miltek decat on at the moment

It pulls hard, will get a loan of my mates v box for accurate times, flooring it at 70mph is incredible, it doesn't let up

if your new exhaust fixes that top end that will be a huge result. I looks like it spools really well and gives great top end.

i was told by the tuner that the dip at the end of the graph was the result of having the standard exhaust
 
I have heard that when driving over 2 bar with stock engine, that this is too much for the engine. Under 2 bar is save. What does MRC say?

I'll probably go with the Revo stage 3 turbo update some time in the next 6 moths - be rude not to LoL

It is mate, but im painting TTE's RS4 in january so weve done a deal. Plus its just another car to advertise what we do so its mainly for business purposes. Plus im used to having 435bhp - 500bhp so i just need it lol

South Bucks... I am trying to decide what to do next mod-wise and how far to go. Currently Revo Stg 1 but want a bit more. Is your friend with the 7r called Dave?

Yes Dave Lee has mega torque on his 7r and Will who owns vrs Northampton has similar
