Hi just took my for 007p forge rec valve off,i have now just fitted a forge split r,im unhappy with this as i have lost about 2-3 psi in boost and it sounds like a duck is under my bonnet lol,i am running just under 200 bhp and all i have is a panel filter and a rear back box,i dont no if there is any settings for this but somthing needs to be sorted,i was told 16 clicks for standard and 26 clicks for moddified cars any help please guys?

might be a small leak where you've connected it, or maybe the spring isnt stiff enough and is leaking off early? What do the clicks do?? Does it just change how much air is recirculated and how much blows the trumpet?

does not sound healthy, it shouldnt dump unless it is on load, i.e with the gear engaged and the clutch down, the sound is wosh wosh nothing else. I would go for 20 click from a closed position.. a bit like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyOzIHreUNs

Ha ha, never heard that before. The trumpet part needs to facing the front of the car, mine hardly makes any noise at all though... just a very quiet, deep 'whooshh'.
Well im selling the split r now how much should i stick it on ebay for as i can do it now send money if some one clicks buy it now i have now put the 007p one back on
its 50/50 half dump but can be made full dump but half recirculated,or can be made fully recirculated just i did not like the noise as it was to lould and i get chavs up my bum whole lol Winds me up that they have a 1.2 corsa whith go faster stripes,air filter that added 20bhp and exhaust 15bhp whith cheap tryes think loweing it on springs 50mm will handel 100% haha owell welcome to essex
