Had a quick look and they look quite similar to the LCR caliper but they have the carrier cast into the body rather than being separate. If the existing carrier is similar dimensionally to the vechicle it's to go on then it's not possible to make an adaptor a lot of the time. Clio197/megane225 work perfectly with creation motorsports adapters and standard lcr discs.
Pad sweep is perfect and I bought my calipers for £80 for the pair.
The adapters need 1.5mm machine off the off set and the calipers need sleeving with 1mm wall ally tube so you can use same diameter bolts that suit the CM brackets. (although the bolts that come with the brackets aren't long enough, I had to order some longer ones).
