Did a refurb on my Integra Type R Brembo's a few years back. You should be able to get a new seal kit from any SEAT dealer. Do they need repainting or just lacquering? If it's just the lacquer that has peeled off, leaving a pink colour, then they'll just need a rub down and relacquer. If you do paint, just match the colour, or choose any colour you want. It's the lacquer that's important. You will need a high temp lacquer, otherwise it will peel with the heat. You will also loose the Brembo logo if you rub down the paint, in which case you will need to get a brembo sticker from ebay or something to stick on afterwards.
