I think he means the fact that he effectively had the iPhone for just £20 a month, as the cost of the phone was £0, after he had sold it.

The original discussion was relating to whether the OP should change to an 8P. Us 8L boys are obviously going to argue the pro's of our car, as are you. when i upgraded fro ma 3gs i got given £30 from 02 and an iphone 4... and that phone is still easyiler worth £400 no marks or scratches perfect and is the 32gb... 2 years later :)

To be fair though, the iPhone 4 isn't 2 years old though :moa: It's only about 16 months old ha.

PS. I think Scott is frantically trying to find an android phone that doesn't lost 90% of its value after a week of owning it :)

Like the 8P boys, you have had to admit defeat. If you like/own an iPhone and drive an 8L, you are actually a legend, who has made the right life choices (exceptions are crazy and solly, although the latter has a really gay car:lmfao:)
 
audi upgrades
If it hadn't held its value I wouldn't have got it, that's for sure. I refuse to pay large monthly line rental, always risky in case anything happens like redundancy etc. My mate and his wife both have the 4, they paid £50 each for the phone, and £35 a month for 2 years! It's mental!!!! If that was the only option, I would not have one. But since they keep their value well, and tesco do such a deal i'll keep buying them.

EDIT: got the calculator out...they will have spent 1780 on their phones by the time their contract ends! Fudge me sideways that's a lot.

i need/want to put my private plate on my audi to take the year of it now as the "61" plate is out... so ive got my private plate on a rention form waht else do i do? :(

Leave the original on for a while, you can keep the 11 plate on until 12 is out, at least, my car is still rocking the 'X' that it was born with
 
Decided Case-Mate Tough case and a couple of screen protectors is on the way.

I pay nada for my phone anyway as the company pays the contract, as long as the monthly costs don't change I can decide what I want to do.

So S2 for two years and all it costs me is for the case and screen protectors.

I quite like private plates, unless they are on cnuts cars such as the Range Rover Sport with phat boy alloys and the Amir Khan body kit

I've asked but they said no, even if they did say yeah i'd end up with a Palm Pre 3. No thank you.

Private plates are ok as long as they make sense.
Not some thing stupid that you need them to explain it to you.
Like mine. I hate my plate, shame its not worth any thing :(

yeah its an 11 plate hairdresser a3 :), erm my privite reg is "D1 5OLL" thats how i space it anyway ;)

The thing that worries me about private plates is that on the odd occasion I have done the odd 'dodgy' over take, and your car is easier to remember when it has a private plate. Although mine ends in A HO anyway.
 
theres a few cool paltes round by my such as "EA51YYY" on a bm m3 and "5 SUM" on a porsche i see on way to work.... and "P5" on a bentley 6.0gt at david lloyds
