as above p***ed of being sick ave ad the flu from mon cant seem to get rid of it as i type this the gravy is running outta me i cant swallow properly cos it hurts,im just p***ed of.rant over lol..

Go and do some exercise, takes your mind off being ill. It really does work. Getting motivated is the hard part, but once you've dragged yourself out, you're mind will forget feeling sorry for yourself. Go on, get on yer bike!
