Quick question regarding A4 front control arms fitting an S4

Will the front upper control arms on an A4 B5 fit an S4 B5? Theres an A4 in the breakers with 4 good arms and 3 of mine are knackered. Will they physically fit? If i buy them i cant return them.

Yeh the upper arms are all the same. You can use B6/B7 ones or Passat ones too.

Bottom rear arm is the same on all platforms as well.
Bottom front arm has a variation for cars with steel or alloy uprights.

Cheers Kev, Once i got them off in the breakers yard i noticed they werent as great as first thought. I fitted those springs, i didnt cut them either as they were almost the same size, they were a pig to get on the dampers aswell but ive done it. It sits about as high as the front but it looks good. Just the top arms on the front now and its ready to roll. Thanks again.

Just buy new arms, Meyle, TRW or Lemforder. Cheapies last no time at all.

I took those springs back off today and cut a coil off like you said. Sits an inch lower now and looks much better. It was a bit high. Thanks for the advice.
