I put one on my 1.6fsi I noticed a bit of difference not a lot though, They last a lot longer than a standard airfilter

I'd avoid any oily air filter on the VAG range despite what K&N say, the MAF has been proven to suffer from being coated in a fine film of oil.

I had a Green Panel Filter on my TDI - I felt the car rev'd better but honestly did not noticed a massive difference. Anyway, it was only £30 so IMO not a costly mod!
