Help with VCDS Fault codes 6151, 6221, 6231, 6226 and 6227 (Audi A7 2012)

Hello,

I have an issue with my MMIS screen not coming out of the dash when the car is turned on. Due to this I don't have radio/bluetooth/sat nag/tv and on the drivers display screen when I try to go into the menu foray of the entertainment it says "Rado/Sat Nav etc is being initialised, please wait" and says that for the entire journey.

I have purchased a VCDS cable and ran the Auto-scan, cleared all faults down, ran the scan again and below are the errors I am left with

Does anyone have any ideas on the problem? Could it be a fuse that is stopping the MMI functions rom working?

I have tried to find reference to these fault codes on the Ross Tech site but nothing came up.

GO into VCDS and do an optical bus diagnostic http://www.ross-tech.com/vcds/tour/optical-bus.html You will find out which module has the fault.

Thanks for the advice. I put the 7.5A fuse back in and ran the Optical Bus Diagnostics. When it ran the first test the error "Refused by Control Module" appears in the Output Tests window and just hangs there and goes no further.

Do you get that error for all modules? Or just on the first one, then the scan hangs?

I would look to pull the fuse for a single device and then run the test, keep doing that for each device until you can get a complete scan.. It does sound like something is sending out bad data on the MOST bus.
