hi all , was going to get car remapped with dpf off within the next couple of weeks , been searching and searching for the right company but carnt make my mind up ? in the north east of england so im trying for as close to home as possibly with a good reputation , was going to use mas performance but carnt find much feedback about them and the feed back i found was that he only tweaks top end which is not what im after , anyhelp from you guys grateful
best place for dpf removal and remap?

Was going to go to them , but he doesn't do a custom remap and no rolling road , guts the dpf which I'd rather not get done , would rather have a new dpf delete pipe for better flow and want to see a before and after fir the power gains . I've seen alot of good feedback for p-torque anyone used them ???
you could just buy the supersprint dpf delete pipe http://fr-rtuning-shop.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=911 and then get it mapped where ever you want
cheers for that navnayyar but i found one on ebay for 160 milltek one , but dont know if it will fit as it says its for a 140 tdi ,plus it says i will need a custom made reducer to fit original backbox, ive also seen a full milltek for a 170 mk 5 golf for 430 which ive seen in other posts will fit the a3 sportback , but i still need somewhere to get it remapped this is the problem im having finding somewhere with lots of good feedback , was hoping that everyone who has had it done leave there thought on where they got theirs from and whether they were happy with the servive provided plus price and power gains
Have you tried "google'in " it mate? It may be worth looking into other 170hp vehicles within the VW/Audi group. You should find plenty of MK5 Golfs, and possbly SEATs, that have done it.
I've read quite a few threads about a guy called Richie at AMD/Motec in Northants who 'specialises' in dpf deletes. May be worth looking into.

n8 , been on to a company up my end with a very good name to make me a custom downpipe , but he wouldnt do it as he says its illegal ? says it has been for a year now that you carnt take the dpf out !, i told him about milltek , supersprint etc etc and he replied that i check the vehicle certification agency website as its on there . also told me that a customer didnt believe him , so they rang milltek themselves and the customer got told by milltek that it is illegal but they still sell them ??(looks like you right about the laws mate)
