Go to Air Conditioning -> Basic Settings -> Compressor run in, automatic start -> Hit the tick mark I had this on my S3 when I bought it used, don't know what causes the issue but this solved it for me. Do when engine running!
I cleared the error code and its not showing up. I even tried turning A/C for heating/cooling, automatic A/C, even when DPF was performing regeneration and compressor was runing but error code did not appear. If it shows up again i will try your solution
