Aircon compressor pipe touching coolant line.

Hi
Can anyone tell me if one of the compressor aluminium pipes running from the compressor up to the top of the engine should be touching what appears to be a coolant line?
2017 car had new A/c rad fitted by Audi dealer under warranty.

I would say not . As you can see its starting to chaff the other pipe.
