S3 Inner CV Boot

Presumably Audi do them, but would rather get a cheapie!!

I’d get original audi as there a better quality than others, just bought an outer one for mine £25.00

i know euro parts dont do them, i asked gsf but they never rang me back,
TPS i got a pair of outer front cv boots £36.75

this. gsf sell big brand cv parts like GKN, and the boots only cost a few quid

i just brought inner and outer c.v boots for the o/s/f costing me around £79 for the pair from tps.

the best is to spend that bit more so they last longer.

Audi only want 22 quid each including VAT for the inner and outer boots mate so not sure I'd agree....

Anyway, I'm going to change the entire joint now I've given it some thought. Getting ever worsening vibration under acceleration which I would peg to a CV joint normally, as well as clunking and grinding. The spilt in the boot in gargantuan (check me out ) so I suspect most of the grease has been deposited everywhere except from the CV bearings! Based on that I'd rather just change it!

£90 for a new one though..... stinger!
