Coming home in the pouring rain my wipers decided to jerk madly & then just stopped in the normal park position. Was a fun drive home! Tried them this morning an low and behold fine again. They did this once before about a year back but started after a few minutes. I'm guessing an issue with the control module and not the linkage. (No I dont have xenons LOL)
Was there ever an actual recall on the dodgy early wiper motors? The car is 6 years old but it has only done 25K so i'm wondering if it worth trying to wangle a good faith payment LOL
