Im sure when breaking heavily, and skidding in the past, the esp light flashes on...
now it doesn't, unless im sliding the car around a corner.

should it be coming on if i break really hard and skid?

although that being said....you'd notice it a lot more in the wet when accelerating from a junction with a semi lock on...yes, i said 'lock on'

yeah the light flashes when i wheel spin, or slide round a corner, just doesn't when i skidded to a halt last night in the rain.
