Any S-tronic/dsg specialist within the London area?

Hi Does anyone know any s-tonic/dsg specialists within the London area, I’m looking at buying a car with a no reverse gear message on the dash. I’ve done some research and it could possibly be the mechatonics unit that’s failed. Already spoken to a couple garages and some have said that it’s a main dealer job as it requires a special program. Any help appreciated.

Does it go into reverse, and reverse, if so I suspect its a microswitch I've worked on before.

No it refuses to go into reverse and just revs out
