I’ve just had the callCar is at the dealers and registered! They’ve managed to get it on the 22 plate, so collection is next Tuesday 1st March. Woohoo! 8 months to the day from order to collection.

Looks mint I was told the puddle lights will be in the glovebox and i have to fit themCar has finally arrived and in my hands. Apologies on the images, I’ve had no time today so will take some better ones in the daylight. I can also confirm that the Audi rings puddle lights no longer come with the car (not mine anyway) so I’ve gone ahead and brought some. They did leave me a Audi branded iPhone lead though.

Thanks. It’s going in for its ceramic coat and new car detail tomorrow. It’s hit and miss with the lights, but I’ve been told they have taken them off the standard list and added them to the options list. So making more money off you. They were however standard when I ordered the car in June but still didn’t come with them. I’ve already got hold of some and fitted them anyway. Ye I gave been following your posts as you ordered like a month before me . I'll be a bit gutted if the lights aren't there but it's not major just expect them as they was ment to be . That's good to hear.... I managed to get 4 genuine Audi ones off eBay for £80. Unfortunate that I had to pay but it’s still lots cheaper than buying from Audi direct for around £110 for a set of 2. Hopefully yours comes with them to save you some cash. I also removed the A3 and other badging and changed the rings to black. Got a set of personal plates to go on soon as well once the Dvla have processed my retention document. And I totally agree £119 is a joke but the whole process has been near enough. This is my second car I was unwell so held off then I didn't order because of the pandemic n then chips . All time added up I haven't drove in 4 years today should be my build week and I can't wait to get in it and get my freedom back my poor other half has been my chauffeur, although he does hate being passenger so not like I could have drive him

Im also leasing. Ive got next tuesday booked for delivery by audi. Ive not been given a registration yet. I got told theres still paperwork to be sorted but were optimistic itll be all gd for next tuesday! Im still waiting to pay my initial rental. You can also get them direct from the Audi Dealer but they work out a few quid more and you still have to wait as they don’t have them in stock.
I bet you can’t wait until it arrives, I sold my previous car before I placed my order in June so getting it was great and 100% worth the wait, although I’m now waiting for it again while it’s having its ceramic coat. I always use to moan about driving and wanting to not drive but having not driven in the past for a good 2/3 months it was a killer.

I've been considering ceramic coating as if it makes cleaning easier I'm all for it .
I'm SO excited it's stupid just ordered some protection film for the glass and center console because the dogs will scratch it and a few little accessories, thanks for the link I'll go over now.
I can't lie after so long I'm nervous about driving I've swapped and ordered an automatic so whole new experience as well but I really miss driving and freedom of just popping for a cuppa. I live in a village so it's 25+ min drive to see anybody I like

Amazing news! Mine was 3 weeks from Emden to showroomGood news, I've just been updated. My car is now at port of exit in emden awaiting the boat. Shouldn't be long now. Ordered in Marck 21.

It’s cost £330 with PPF on the B pillars. That included a stage 1 polish before applying the ceramic coat. It was actually shocking how bad it was for a new car under the specialist light. The images of the wing mirror are before and after which the detailer sent me. The car hadn’t been cleaned since collection 2 weeks ago.Can I ask how much the ceramic coating cost????
