Hello, Our 2013 A4 Allroad keeps showing a warning upon start up only that reads "Turn Off Engine And Check Coolant Level". This turns off shortly after start up, and we never have any warnings show up while driving. All fluid levels are fine, and there are no leaks of any kind. My questions are... why are we seeing this? and, can it be deleted or removed? We are new to the Audi world and don't know if this is a normal start up procedure, or something that needs to be addressed. Any info would be greatly appreciated... thanks!

Just to confirm, have you, when seeing this warning, stopped without starting the engine and checked the coolant level under the bonnet, if it is still okay, close the bonnet, turn ignition off then back on - is this warning still there?
If so the coolant level sensor is probably dirty/faulty and so needs replacing. On lesser VW Group marques the plan is normally to replace the coolant tank complete with sensor, but I’d think with Audi it would be cheaper to replace just this sensor, hopefully it comes complete with a new sealing device .
This sort of issue seems to show up mostly in colder weather. Some people have tried cleaning the sensor prongs but that does not always fix things are a long time.

When was the water pump last replaced?
Sometimes the WP leaks but the water doesn't reach the ground.

Grab a flat screwdriver, scratch the prongs all round for few minutes, inside the reservoir, hopefully that'll resolve it.
