Are radiator upgrades like the cat one worth doing or are they pointless? Or just worth doing if on a track car

Probably best suited for a track car, that being said still put a direnza one in mine because the old rad had a weep on both sides where the plastic meets the aluminium so my thinking was all metal less chance of leaking in the future had it in two years now all good. Not as many fins as the oem one but more capacity.
