As above in the title I have bought an updated disc and went to take the current disc out but when I press the button it won’t eject.i have only had the car for about 2 month its an a6 2008 2.0tdi and the Sat nav unit is in the boot,the sat nav works but I dont know how old the disc is any help would be appreciated thanks

Needs the lock mechanisim taking off with someone with VCDS or a similar programming tool. Or a trip to the dealers to ask them to unlock. Disks were being nicked out of cars so the default mode was to lock the mechanism.

Glasgow area with vcds that can do this as I don’t fancy a trip to the dealers to get this done if they are anything like Bmw it will cost a fortune
