So I have an Audi A3 2.0T and I was wondering if I cut the res pipe off and bought the non res attachment would it be fine? I’ve been reading about people saying backpressure is an issue ?

Get some Dulcolax and that will help with the Back pressure :thumbs up::thumbs up::thumbs up:

Lack of back pressure shouldn’t be an issue - less is probably better for a turbo. Naturally aspirated on the other hand requires back pressure.

Removing the resonator may give terrible drone.

I see, thank you. What would increase it a catback system or muffler remove ?

The more you take out of the system the noisier it will become and it will have less back pressure or resistance too.
I experienced a non resonated Milltek in my son’s Golf7R. Sounded tasty when giving it the beans but awful on the motorway.
