RNS e Mk2 and fiscon bluetooth

Hi, I have upgraded my sat nav in my B7 A4 from the RNSe mk1 to the later 2g MK2 . I fitted the fiscon Bluetooth unit when it had the Mk 1 unit and all worked well with no coding required.

Having installed the Mk2 unit all is fine but it says phone not installed, I believe it is a coding issue and have been told the fiscon is compatible with the mk2 so is there anyone here who can help or point to me someone who can do this for me please.
I am in London /Surrey but happy to travel to get this done within a reasonable distance .

I would also like to change the cd unit in the glovebox to the AMi unit which I have but need the correct lead to go to the head unit.
