5 door bumper on a 3 door?

Hi I've got a 3 door 8l A3 and need to get a rear bumper as somebody reversed into me last weekend was just wondering if there's any difference in 5 and 3 door bumpers on the 8l models before I buy one

Im no mechanic but I'd think there would be some kind of difference between them.

i think theyre interchangeable and my reason is i have seen a 5 door fitted with an s3 front and rear bumpers on of the russian forums and it was a direct fit

They look pretty identical looking at pictures of 5 and 3 door A3s, i know the 8p models have different bumpers for 3/5 door but cant find a definite answer for the 8l models
