As long as you're fully comp you only pay £60. One call, they take your credit card details and blokey turns up and does it all. You don't even have to tell them your insurance details as it's all online now.
I broke mine last month trying to get a long piece of timber in the boot.
They sorted it no proiblem.
If you're worried it's not an MOT failure just put a ding in it yourself, but do it from the inside as windscreens are designed to be strong on the outside and fragile in the cabin (for obvious reasons).
