De-cat/Remap Audi a3 2009

I was thinking of gettn my audi a3 2.0tdi sportback 2009 decatted an remapd. Also i wanted to know if i go ahead with decat n remap wil ther b a little roar noise to it depending on what i do. Thnx

What a3 you running, is it not a DPF model.

Its a 2.0 tdi 140bhp sportback 2009.

With the DPF removed there is definately a little more noise from the exhaust as it acts as a good silencer. If you are anywhere near Stockport I can recommend @Rick @ Unicorn Motor Dev. I had my DPF removed there and the car mapped. He is a forum sponsor who has mapped many forum users cars.

my mate runs his own custom shop. I had a straight pipe from the turbo to the rear, no boxes at all. sounded foooking awesome, the missus didn't agree tho

what im running on my CR170 SEAT Leon FR its not really loud but giving it beans sounds awesome
