DRL cannot be turned off

Hi,

I retrofit my A3 (8P 2010) with DRL and HID. I got this error after 5 months:
Side light / daytime running light, right-side

Except the annoying message... the biggest problem is the right DRL keep "on" even I turn of the car and everything completely. Now I have to detach the cable to avoid running out of battery. Any help would be much appreciated.

I use 3rd party headlight. I tried to plug my original headlight, same result...
