Need some advice I have a 2005 dsg a3 can I fit a flat bottom steering wheel from an 2013 A4?

Yes it will physically fit, airbag system should also be fine if you have single stage airbag system as Audi have now gone back to that on the new models. Make sure it has paddles obviously but the MF won't either as its a completely different system.
