What have you done to your 8V today?

Just got my spulen catch can in the mail and hopefully get installed this weekend.

Not sure what this does ? - looks like a toilet ballcock thingy ??

Lol, it's a catch can, keeps water vapor out of oil and oil back into the circulation... aka keeps internals a little cleaner if you drive the car hard or short distances.

Was bored at work so bought these.....

Not sure if I will like them but will give them a try, and not much to loose for £14.99 compared to the ca. £80 for the Audi beam official version

That is something I have been 50/50 on since I first saw them.

I installed a sunglass holder.
Again don't know why Audi can't have specced that instead of the handle on the drivers side.

This looks very handy! I have been looking for things to treat myself with, this may be one of them

How do they connect to the car? I would be worried of scratching the door, or as previously said, some idiot intestinally damaging

Magnetic with a wire and ball which gets locked insude the car. They dont scratch the car just stick to it. ... When finished the two parts stick to each other ( magnetic ) for easy storage...Simples.

Anyway it was a bit of fun posting a pic..

They dont get used all the time and only sparingly in desperate situations as per comments re potential jealous / idiot attacks. I saw them years ago and thought .... Oooh i like them.

Excuse me, could you put a photo from the sepang air trims, please?
i am very interested, thanks in advance

Sat and watched it get pressure washed by torrential rain - got to love Carbon Collective coatings!

Ohh thank you very much, this is a very nice mod!

I would prefer the internal fins to be painted sepang like the red on the RS3 vents.

Popped out to Argos to buy these babies

I did consider it but I don't think the pearlescent would work well from a rattle can.
Ahh fair play. How about a brush and a bottle of Sepang touch up paint?

Had my Eibach anti-roll bars fitted. The car now handles predictably and with precision now worthy of the 'S' designation. The annoying squeak has also gone from the front which is a bonus !

Pics of the rear, can't see a lot of the front with the under tray on :-

Very tidy Rob...
Had a few of my mates and myself a group buy at my local Audi a few years back on retro fitting RS4 anti roll bars on our B6 A4's..Got a good discount on 4 sets..They made a heck of a difference on turn in...
What size difference are they compared to standard??

Thanks mate. ;o)

Originals are 24/21, Eibachs are 28/25 with uprated bushes too and 2-way adjustable front and rear. Mine are currently on the softest most compliant setting can't see me changing that unless I track it which I won't!

Very nice @Rob2k68 . Tasteful and purposeful, just what I have come to expect from a man of your calibre. Big thumbs up

How does your mag ride cope with the new springs and the addition of the anti-roll bars? Any further errors in VCDS or moans from the dampers?

Very kind words there Jungle sir

Everything mag ride related seems to be working in perfect harmony so far I'm happy to report. The turn-in has improved dramatically with them on even just with the drive home in traffic it's obvious. I'll do a VCDS scan over the weekend just to make sure. Noise wise quite the opposite, the annoying squeak I've had for 6 months or so has gone so must have been the bush in the lower control arm which is now an uprated poly bush. The Eibach bushes that mount to the crossmember are linen lined to prevent such squeaks.

Gotta love a silky smooth bush..
There's a big difference to 'a silky' bush and a 'linen bush' mate..Which one are you banging on about?...
