what model are these rims from ?
and anyone know what offset they are ?

B8 Audi A4 SE spec? Don't know the offset I'm afraid.

They are off an A4 B8 SE, I have a set on my car at the moment use them as winter wheels.
Part number 8K0601025B they are 7.5 * 17 ET 45 . 5 X112 PCD with a 66.5mm centre bore.
So if you were going to use them on an older A4 or A6 then they would need some 57.1 - 66.5mm spigot rings.

They are an ET56 offset

Changing to a 45 offset wheel would move the existing rim out 11mm.

Have a look here for wheels, you can buy a complete set of 4 brand new for not much more than £260.
