Headlight Won't Work!!

Hello guys, I've turned my lights on tonight to find one lights not working but the drl and indicator is it's the xenon lights! I've changed the bulb or unit whatever you want to call it and still won't work!

Check the lens for condensation...

Its probably the power pack on the lamp then,all this unit does is ignite the gas inside the bulb,you could swap them over to make sure
