My first wash and reflection shot with the Daytona Grey beast .... still early days and learning what does and doesnt work with it. Surprised what a conplicated colour it is, with hints of gold, brown/red, blue, green and ofcourse silver!

My mum has a wee A1 S-line in Daytona....l have used a wax...Ultra HD....on it.....but l got better results with Dodo Juice Futor Armor......made it really Gleam.....Daytona l think suits a sealant more so than a wax....opposite to red paint

Nice work on white paint mate a very unrewarding colour most of the time to detail but you've done well

Cheers, that was just after a quick snowfoam and rinse.

2 weeks since is was cleaned properly and finished with the Fireball easy coat stuff.

More pics in the pics threads.

Recently bought some Autoglym Aqua Wax to help dry my car + add a little shine so I thought I’d give it a go today.

I’m quite pleased with the results

Blimme, this is some reflection mate - awesome job. Can I ask which products you used, off course apart from AG.

Cheers man, and of course. I start with Pro-Kleen snowfoam, then use Meguiar’s Gold Class shampoo, and then just dry with the AG Aqua Wax.

That’s about it really, I’ve not had a proper detail done since July last year so haven’t been using any polish/sealant.

Lol. Dark colour is a pain to maintain. It rained the next day after the correction detail, combine it with dust and it was doing me head in. I washed mine on Wednesday and decided to wash hers again yesterday. It will be a constant battle to keep her clean now

My paint colour doesn't show up road grime, dust etc etc that badly but again it can't compete with a dark paint for reflections, the Mrs dark blue colour does though, but again l am content that l didn't go for a darker paint colour and will probably go for a medium paint colour the next time around Solar Orange Is at the top of the list at the moment lol
