Pixalated Dash Cluster (Can this be fixed)

Hi all

My dash cluster on my S3 has started to pixalate is there an easy fix for this? Or can someone point me in the direction of someone who can fix?

Just tried calling them but couldnt get through, im looking into sourcing the screens and starting to offer this repair myself. I have the tools to replace the LCD and test the cluster already.
