Seen a few cars around the area with '2.0 T' badges and the T in red. Are these petrol or do some diesels also have that? Quite like the look of it to what I have got but wouldn't seem right if it was only a petrol thing!
Tommy, as far as I know, TDI refers to 'Turbo Direct Injection', which the Volkswagen Group have adopted for their Turbo Diesel Injected engines. So, most likely that 'TDI' will only be found on diesels. If you like the look of a red T, then go for it...Lol. Maybe it means that your turbo will run red-hot.
Turbocharged Direct Injection, TDI is a design of turbodiesel engines, which feature turbocharging and cylinder-direct fuel injection, developed and produced by the Volkswagen Group.
