Ami with standard radio

I have just seen on ebay that someone is selling a retrofit ami that he says is suitable for rnse and concert radios is this true can I be fitted to my 2011 a3 black edition with standard radio?

They're probably referring to the Concert pseudo MMI in the B8 A4/5/q5 platform.

It's a very poorly worded Ebay advert, he even mentions "This DVD fits", lots of cut and pasting going on I suspect.
