Can anyone help ,i have purchased a vag-com 118 cable on ebay and the software supplied Ross tech version 10.6 will not load fully on my laptop which is windows based.On the sellers instructions he states to disable updates .My question is if you down loaded an update would it disable the cable and if so is there a fix to repair the vag 118 cable.It is a software copy obviously this is why he is telling me not to do this but as it did not work i tried this and now the cable is not recognised in the usb interface
