My speedo seems to have a unit out on display i have sourced a new set of clocks
Can anyone explain the best/quickest way to change the unit
Its a 2005/06 model

Take it to audi to code in, mileage correction will be needed which unless new or under 100km's, audi cant do that part.

I was quoted £150 with out them putting in the cluster and just coding. £300 for them to put it in.

All comes down to the dealer you use & tbh if they will actually do it, mine will if I ask them for clients, but with me managing the job overall, otherwise they generally wouldnt be so accomodating.
