I dont judge a company by how they perform when things go well but rather on the customer service when things go wrong, and they went wrong big time when the swirl valve entered the cylinder chambers and lunched the engine
But Audi and my dealership have bent over backwards to make things right, from getting me a new car and allowing me to spec the options that where missing from mine (dealer demo) sourcing me an S3 DSG as a loan car due to me not being into luxury oil burning barges to lending me an R8 spyder for 5 days and letting me take it to the lake district. Just a shame I have to give the amazin thing back.
The service I have recieved has been beyond first class, Well done to everyone involved, many many companies could learn from Audi.
Now lets just hope my cars the right colour and has the right options
