hi are audi 20v turbo or 5 v turbo and what better
 
20 valves total, 5 valves per cylinder... all 1.8t's

I think (and don't quote me on this) it's because the TFSI engines have direct cylinder injection to allow better fuelling control.

5 valves AND an injector in the cylinder head chamber is probably just a bit too much!

I thought thats what it would be, its what i refered to as DI, and thanks for the replies.
