Hey all i am going to buy some coilovers but want to get the best price.

Anyone know of any cheap places or deals.

Vemon motorsport have an ad in VW performance and say about £540 for fully adjustable FK's but then when i called they said it £709 for the Quattro A4!!!! Outrageous!

Thanks folks. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

i have seen fk coilovers for £359 for the a4.
depends if you want damping adjustable though.

I have seen H&R coilovers for £700, but i think they have fixed damping. Is this correct?

I think the cheapest you'll find coilovers, as in fully adjustable ones, will be about the £500 mark, but they are more evpensive for the quattro's unfortunately (that's what you get for being flashy 4wd people) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I think the cheapest are Avo and FK
I've got Avo, they give a great ride for performance my car sticks like nothing I've driven before, but they are a full on pain in the **** when it comes to setting them up.

yeah i bet its trying to get everything level.

I have been quoted 700 for FK but some say H&R are better.

Avo unfortunatly dont do quattro ones.

There both good! There's a guy on here called 'lowride' he's running FK coilovers. see if you can get in touch and find out some more. Think he's got a 1.8t though, not a quattro??!
