I went off you list of intercooler pipes list when i ordered all the pipes for my FMIC <tuffty/> so shouldnt take long to get it fitted if the weather is good on friday i hope. Just need to make some brackets to support the intercooler now

does it have 76mm outlets?
im considering a smaller 510mm size core

it has 2.5 inch outlets... think i may have to order some now pipes Think the ones i have ordered are too small, ordered them to fit 2 inch outlets, must have miss read the listing on ebay This is the list of parts i have ordered and i am planning on keeping my fogs, dont realy like the look of the alloy pipes showing through the bumper. I was going to change all the pipes under the bonnet to red but i like the look of everything black so gona keep it nice and standard looking

I was hopibg to fit mine this weekend am going to gave to send all my pipes back and get them swaped for bigger ones so i will have to wait till next week now

where did you get that core?? because its the perfect size and with 63mm outlets that matches the original pipework size.

Got a boost issue! Have a feeling its my intake tip but not 100% sure. when i come on boost i can hear the turbo spool loads but the car doesnt pull like it should. All i can think of is i have a boost leak but cant find where from. Going to check my intake tip and the 90oC top boost pipe of the turbo

Found my boost problem, i had 2 splits in my intake tip. Cant afford a badger 5 tip just yet so ordered a silicone one off ebay the other day. Also done my oil change, used 5w-30 Castrol Magnatec. Sent the boost pipes back this week aswell what i bought from my silicone and just need to wait for them to send me the right size ones out so i can get my intercooler fitted

Had abit time today before work to fit my intake tip that turned up today. While i was fitting that i noticed the bop 90degree bend off the turbo had a split in it so fitted the standard one back on, new tip and N75H valve and i have to say its running better than ever. Still no sign of my new boost pipes yet so still cant fit the cooler. Might just leave it till after the new year for that now as its starting to get too cold to work on the car outside.
