Anyone know about O2 Sensor readings.

I had a site that told me what the O2 sensors should read but I've lost it.

Bank 1 Sensor 1

Bank 1 Sensor 2

Acording to vag com one of my sensors is bolloxed but which one?

You get 1v sensors and 5v sensors but mainly 1v on VAG cars
you get a flactuations with reading when there working right this in a graph terms is a wave with a slight flat top when sensors are working right
but this wont tell you if its a pre cat or after cat oxygen sensor
the diagnostic machine i use regular tells you which one is gone and you can also take live reading off what ever sensor you want ,
what fault codes have you had ?

P0420 - 002- Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent


Is the code, it did turn the MIL light on for a bit but its gone off. Im just trying to determin which one it should be as if its the pre cat I can do it myself and if its post cat ill have to get someone to do it as I cant be doing with getting on ramps in this weather and crawling underneath trying to get the plastic crap off.

Thats a CAT efficiency issue not an oxygen sensor issue
that code is the after car sensor telling the ECU the CAT isnt working properly .

See I've been tolod it may be cat but is more likely the post cat sensor messing about.

Pretty sure I had 16804. Threw out the actual O2 so it failed the MOT.

Changed the sensor and all was peachy again.

which sensor? post cat i assume, was it easy to change?

I think so. I didn't change it - had it done at the MOT station. Seventy squids.
